KVKK Notice

The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) was adopted on 24 March 2016 and entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2016.

Under the KVKK, your personal data will be recorded, stored, updated, shared with third parties in accordance with the legislation, and processed by our company.

Your personal data is kept confidential in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK and is protected with security measures. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
To request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request its deletion or destruction,
To request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To object to processing carried out exclusively by automated systems,
To claim compensation in case of damage.
